Michal Weiler

Michal Weiler has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Michal started their career as a Human Resources Division Manager at Promarket, where they were responsible for establishing the HR department and managing all HR activities. Michal then worked as the Director of Human Resources at Corning Incorporated, where they implemented various HR activities to facilitate organizational and managerial culture.

Next, Michal served as the VP of Human Resources at ExaNet (Acquired by Dell), where they established and managed HR infrastructure worldwide and provided training and coaching to managers. Michal then joined AudioCodes as a Global HR professional, contributing to the design and development of advanced Voice over IP and converged networking products.

After AudioCodes, Michal worked at Ethosia as a Global Department Manager and Sales & Marketing Department Manager. Michal played a crucial role in providing professional recruitment services for leading international and local enterprises.

Finally, Michal returned to AudioCodes and held the position of Human Resources Manager before being promoted to the role of Human Resources, Branding & Organizational Communication Manager.

Throughout their career, Michal has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in various aspects of HR management, including talent management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.

Michal Weiler obtained a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Michal pursued further education and completed their MA in Counseling Psychology from Tel Aviv University.
