Mette Schäfer

Mette Schäfer has a diverse and extensive work experience. Mette currently works at Audiodo as a Product Manager, a position they started in May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Verisure from 2017 to 2022, where they held various roles including Area Manager Platform Communication & Utilities, Software Test Manager, Scrum Master, Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist, and HR Administrator. Mette also worked at hvisk as a Human Resource Manager in 2016, and at TALENT ME GROUP AB as a Recruitment Assistant from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, they gained experience as a Training and Development Intern at DFDS in 2015, and as an Event Assistant at SkåneMejerier from 2011 to 2015.

Mette Schäfer completed their education in a chronological manner. Mette attended ProCivitas from 2006 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in Samhällsvetenskap inriktning ekonomi.

Afterwards, from 2011 to 2014, they studied at Lund University and obtained a degree in Filosofie kandidatexamen (fil.kand.) with a focus on Behavioral Sciences. Following this, Mette Schäfer enrolled at Copenhagen Business School from 2014 to 2016, where they pursued a Cand.soc degree in Human Resource Management.

In addition to their formal education, Mette Schäfer has obtained several certifications. In November 2016, they became a Diplomerad ICF Coach after receiving training from CoachWalk. In April 2019, they received the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum Alliance. Most recently, in November 2021, they obtained the SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile Framework Certification Training.
