Oliver Durrer

Oliver Durrer is an experienced professional with a strong focus on innovation and entrepreneurship. As the Founder and Catalyst for Innovation & Intrapreneurship at SwissLEAP since August 2018, Oliver empowers leaders and organizations to create sustainable value and navigate uncertainty. Currently holding positions as a Board Member at Nidwaldner Kantonalbank and Co-Lead for Youngpreneurs.org, Oliver is involved in promoting entrepreneurship among future founders in Switzerland. In academia, Oliver serves as Head of Innovation Challenge and Lecturer at HWZ Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich. Additional roles include strategic advisor at Socious, business angel for Aflorithmic and Relai, and active participation in initiatives such as Disruption Disciples and Kickstart Innovation. Oliver holds a Master of Science in Business Economics from HEC Lausanne and has furthered education in digital currencies and leadership programs.
