Jillian Matthew

Jillian Matthew has extensive experience in public health and auditing, currently serving as a volunteer on the editorial board for Tidings magazine at Colostomy UK since September 2020 and as a Health Information Webpage Content Reviewer for Cancer Research UK since July 2020. Jillian has held several positions at Audit Scotland since January 2003, including Senior Manager, Audit Manager, Performance Auditor, and Project Officer. Previous experience includes working as a Public Health Scientist for Fife NHS Board, focusing on evaluating health improvement projects and addressing mental health issues, as well as serving as a part-time Auxilliary Nurse at NHS Lothian while completing post-graduate studies. Jillian earned a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Dundee and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Abertay University.
