Vicki Bibby

Vicki Bibby is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and operational management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Audit Scotland since August 2022, Vicki previously held the role of Director of Strategic Planning and Performance at Public Health Scotland from April 2020 to August 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing strategy, performance, finance, and governance. Prior to that, Vicki worked at COSLA from March 2007 to April 2020 as Head of Resources, focusing on finance, digital transformation, and resource management. Vicki's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Glasgow and a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Aberdeen.
