Alison Dacey FCIPD is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning multiple organizations and roles, currently serving as the People & OD Partner at Audit Wales since February 2024. With a background that includes founding Dacey Consulting in 2000 as an Independent Human Resources Consultant, Alison has provided expert support in areas such as recruitment, employment law, and performance management.
