Michelle Robichaux Carter

Michelle Robichaux Carter is an experienced project controls specialist currently employed by Audubon Companies, overseeing project controls for Shell Midstream pipeline services since October 2022. Previously, Carter served as a domestic engineer managing household finances and child welfare from July 2017 to September 2022.
