Jeff Poss

Jeff Poss is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales management and business process optimization. Currently serving as Business Process Manager and Inside Sales Manager at Auer Steel & Heating Supply Company Inc. since July 2017, Jeff leads a strong team of Inside Sales professionals and has been recognized as the 2019 HVAC Leader of the Year. A key contributor to the successful rollout of a new company-wide ERP system, Jeff previously held roles at Habegger Corporation from September 2011 to July 2017, where responsibilities included the management of parts and eCommerce sales across multiple states and the development of digital marketing initiatives. Earlier experience includes a position as Marketing Analyst at Butler Business Consulting Group. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management Information Systems from Butler University's Lacy School of Business.
