Frederik Hempelmann

Frederik Hempelmann has over 14 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Frederik is currently working as the Head of Electronics Development and System Engineering at Aug. Winkhaus GmbH & Co. KG since April 2021. Previously, they worked at Huf Group as a Product Manager from January 2020 to March 2021, as the Head of Product Development / Optical Sensors Europe from January 2018 to January 2020, and as a Project Manager from February 2014 to December 2017. Before that, they worked as a Development Engineer at Leopold Kostal GmbH & Co. KG from November 2010 to January 2014 and at Severin Elektrogeräte GmbH from May 2010 to November 2010. Frederik also served as a Doctoral Candidate at Fraunhofer-Institut für Mikroelektronische Schaltungen und Systeme IMS from March 2009 to April 2010. Frederik started their career as a Development Engineer at OSRAM from May 2007 to February 2009.

Frederik Hempelmann obtained a diploma in Electronics from Hochschule Mannheim, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Embedded Systems at ESIGELEC: ÉCOLE D'INGÉNIEURS-ES GÉNÉRALISTES from 2005 to 2006.
