Vladimir Ufnarovskii has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 1996, they founded and served as a senior developer and project manager at SoftWARware. Vladimir then worked as a senior developer and architect at the Moscow Institute of New Technologies in 1997-1998. In 2002-2005, Ufnarovskii founded and served as the general manager of APEIRON.

At Lanit-Tercom, Ufnarovskii held multiple roles. From 1999 to 2004, they worked as the director of the outsourcing department and later became a co-owner and COO. From 2009 to the present, Ufnarovskii has been a co-owner of Lanit-Tercom, where they played a crucial role in restructuring and optimizing the company during financial crisis times. Vladimir also repositioned the company in the market and led executive sales efforts. During this time, they started new directions such as mobile applications and Image Processing technologies. In addition, they established a joint venture company, 3Vi GmbH, specializing in the development and sales of Image Processing technologies to German automotive companies.

In 2011, Ufnarovskii co-founded Computer Vision Systems, Ltd. Vladimir played a vital role in the company's establishment and ongoing operations.

Most recently, in 2016-2020, Ufnarovskii served as a Senior Partner at Area9 Innovation ApS.

In 2019, Ufnarovskii co-founded Augmented.City, where they currently hold a leadership position.
