Amir Kaufman

Amir Kaufman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Amir is currently working as a Solution Engineers Manager at Augury, where they oversee the implementation of their Artificial Intelligence software platform for solving process inefficiencies. Prior to this, they held the same role at Seebo, which is now a part of Augury.

Amir co-founded ActiveBAS in 2020 and served as the Head of Product. ActiveBAS is an AI-driven solution that optimizes building automation systems using machine learning. Amir played a key role in developing and improving the energy model for each building, as well as calibrating the control system for maximum efficiency.

Before ActiveBAS, Amir co-founded WonderLogics in 2014 and served as the COO. WonderLogics developed a software platform for designing and implementing industrial control systems. Amir'sresponsibilities included development, management, and utilizing natural language to define control logic.

Amir also gained valuable experience at Ormat Systems LTD, where they worked from 2005 to 2014. Amir initially served as the Leader of the Puna Project, overseeing the control philosophy and implementation of a geothermal power plant. Later, they held positions as a Mechanical and Rotating Equipment Engineer, working on turbine design and failure analyses. Amir also worked as a Project Manager for the Teamcenter (PLM) application, managing cross-organizational processes and budget.

Amir's early work experience includes a student position as a Mechanical Engineer at Dynamica Design LTD from 2003 to 2005.

Amir Kaufman completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) with honors in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University, attending from 2002 to 2005. Recently, in 2021, they also obtained a CPO Bootcamp Diploma in Product Leadership from Infinify \u272a Product Leadership Academy by Noa Ganot.
