Melissa Pasqua

Melissa Pasqua has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Melissa started their career at KW International in 2009 as a Customer Service Lead in the Exchange Department. Melissa then advanced to become an Assistant Manager in the same department, where they handled various responsibilities such as claims, customer service, accounting, and employee management.

In 2015, Melissa joined Amazon as an Area Manager, where they focused on optimizing productivity and ensuring a safe work environment. Melissa then moved on to Google in 2016, initially serving as a Courier Performance Manager in New York City. In this role, they closely monitored transportation vendors' performance and managed related tasks such as invoicing and vehicle maintenance. Melissa later became a Transportation Operations Manager for the East Coast, overseeing vendor management and performance monitoring.

Melissa's next career move took their to Source4Teachers in 2016, where they worked as a Substitute Teacher. Following this role, they joined Augury in 2019 as a Project Manager in Field Operations. Melissa quickly progressed to become a Manager in Field Operations, responsible for overseeing field operations and later took on the role of Manager in Global Delivery Operations. Most recently, Melissa has assumed the position of Head of Delivery Operations at Augury.

Melissa Pasqua completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from Montclair State University, studying from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Nutley High School from 2001 to 2005, where they did not receive a specific degree or field of study. In addition to their formal education, Melissa has obtained several certifications. In 2016, they obtained a New Jersey Substitute Teaching Certification. Melissa then went on to acquire certifications in Six Sigma Lean Black Belt and Six Sigma Champion Certified (SSCC) from the Management and Strategy Institute in 2018. In 2019, they gained a certification in Project Management - Lean Process, also from the Management and Strategy Institute. Most recently in 2021 and 2022, they obtained certifications in Incoterms 2020 from DB Schenker and Managing Globally from LinkedIn, respectively.
