Sarah Prieur

Sarah Prieur is an experienced professional in supply chain management, currently serving as an Operational Buyer at August Bioservices, LLC since October 2021. In this role, Sarah leads efforts to support operations by managing the performance of raw material suppliers in a GMP facility. Prior to this position, Sarah held various procurement and buyer roles at Fresh Del Monte, Vistar (A PFG Company), and US Foods, where responsibilities included procurement analysis and purchasing within different categories such as produce, snacks, and perishables. Sarah's career began in produce management at Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage and in veterinary assistance at Louisville Veterinary Clinic. Sarah holds two Bachelor's degrees from the University of Colorado Boulder in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and Molecular, Cellular, Developmental Biology, along with a high school diploma from Strasburg High School.
