Cara Lewanda

Cara Lewanda is a seasoned professional in event management and communication, currently serving as a Senior Producer at August Jackson since December 2020. In this role, Cara acts as the primary client liaison, ensuring cohesive strategic direction and fostering strong relationships. Previously, Cara held the position of Director of Event Strategy & Operations at Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp., where responsibilities included designing and evaluating events and enhancing sponsorship relationships. With extensive experience as Sr. Manager of Special Events for the Houston Astros, Cara supervised multiple large-scale events and successfully managed significant budgets. Earlier roles include coordinating entertainment production at Navy Pier and facilitating artist hospitality with the Mayor's Office of Special Events. Cara holds a Master's degree in Public Relations from S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and a Bachelor's degree in Radio/Television/Film from Northwestern University.
