Christopher Langhoff

Christopher brings a unique perspective to the recruitment of financial officers. He has over 30 years of experience as a practicing financial officer and a recruiter of CFOs. He understands the role that he is recruiting for and can communicate effectively with both candidates and clients.

In addition to his search experience, he has served as a CHRO for a real estate investment firm, a CFO for a PE portfolio company, and spent over 15 years in finance with PepsiCo and Goldman Sachs & Co. He has raised more than $10 billion in debt, helped successfully execute an IPO, managed risk with derivatives, presented to investors on roadshows as well as quarterly calls, run Strategic Plans as well as AnnualOperating Plans, and closed the books.

Christopher received his M.B.A from Harvard Business School and his BA from Vassar College.
