With over 30 years of experience, Markos focuses on the Technology, Private Equity, and Retail industries. Markos has conducted CEO & Board searches for Private Equity and Technology firms, with successful placements in Australia, Asia, and Latin America. He has appeared on Fox News and Fox Business discussing matters in Human Capital, and has been interviewed by Crain’s Chicago, Bloomberg News and the Shopper’s Digest Newspaper on all matters related to Executive Talent.

Before entering the field of executive search, Markos enjoyed a 15-year career at Telstra serving in various senior roles, including business development, new product development, managing global alliances and partnerships, strategic acquisitions, and business planning. During his telecommunications career, Markos appeared in various industry media outlets such as Communications News, Wall Street Technology Ticker Magazine, and the International Herald Tribune. He spoke on topics such as outsourcing, BPO and the global impact of telecommunications services on economic development.

Markos is a passionate Executive Search professional, with a singular focus of working with clients who are open to disruptive and transformative talent, in a global environment.

Markos has an Electronics Engineering Degree with Honors from the University of Western Australia in Perth, and an MBA from Columbia University in New York. Markos hails from Chile and has returned to Sydney, Australia where he was raised after spending 24 years living in New York.
