Jill Kirkland

Jill Kirkland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction estimation and project coordination. Currently serving as the Contract and 504 Coordinator at Augusta Housing Authority since June 2021, Jill has previously held roles including Commercial Construction Estimator for a self-employed venture, and Development Project Specialist at Hillpointe.
