Leah Dutton is a versatile musician with extensive experience in orchestral performance and music education. Currently serving as an Orchestra Librarian and Cellist for the Savannah Philharmonic, as well as a Cellist for the Augusta Symphony since 2019, Leah has also been active as a freelance Portuguese Translator since 2015. Previous roles include Cello Professor at Escola de Música Anthenor Navarro, where Leah taught underserved youth, and Principal Cellist for Orquestra Sinfonica da Paraíba, leading the cello section. Leah holds a Doctor of Music in Cello Performance from Hugh Hodgson School of Music, as well as a Master's degree from Universidade Federal da Paraíba and two Bachelor's degrees in Music Performance from Duquesne University. Additional experience includes proofreading and various administrative roles.
