Jacob Bobbitt

Jacob Bobbitt, CPA, has held various significant roles in the accounting and finance sector, currently serving as the AVP of Business Affairs and Controller at Augustana College since February 2017. Prior experience includes positions as Plant Controller at RA Jones and General Accounting Supervisor at McLaughlin Body Company, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining general ledgers, and consolidating financial statements for multiple entities. Jacob Bobbitt also has experience as a Cost Analyst and began career development with roles in accounting internships and volunteer tax counseling. Educationally, Jacob Bobbitt holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from St. Ambrose University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Augustana College.
