Katherine Kretchmar

Katherine Kretchmar has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Katherine started their career as the Owner and CFO of Irontree Works, Inc in 1998. In 1992, they also held various roles including Regional VP, Regional Youth Officer, and Financial Committee member at the Society for Creative Anachronism, Inc. In 2017, Katherine joined St. Francis Area Schools as a Kids Connection Instructor until mid-2021. Recently, in 2021, they worked as a Program Coordinator at Hearts & Hammers - Twin Cities, where they coordinated teams of volunteers for home repair projects. Currently, since 2019, Katherine has taken on the role of Service Unit Manager at Girl Scouts River Valleys.

Katherine Kretchmar pursued their education at Indiana University Bloomington, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Katherine focused their studies on Folklore Studies and Anthropology, completing their undergraduate education in 1990.
