Joel Morales

Joel Morales has a diverse work experience in the field of media and motion design. Joel is currently working as an Art Director for Video & Motion at Augustine Agency since May 2022. Prior to this, from October 2019 to June 2022, they worked as a Senior Motion Designer at TracyLocke.

From April 2016 to September 2019, Joel served as a Motion Designer at Publicis Hawkeye, where they handled motion graphics design and video content production for various clients. Joel collaborated with account and creative directors to meet client objectives and managed the entire production process for video projects.

Before that, from May 2013 to April 2016, Joel worked as an Assistant Director of Multimedia at the University of Texas at Arlington, creating multimedia content for live events, web, social media, and other applications. Joel also gained experience as a Digital Media Specialist at Freeman from September 2012 to May 2013, managing and coordinating digital media content for clients and overseeing post-production workflows.

Joel started their career as a Media Specialist at the University of North Texas from June 2011 to May 2013. Prior to that, they worked as a Recording Engineer at the University of North Texas College of Music - Recording Services from August 2010 to May 2011.

In addition to their professional experience, Joel has gained valuable skills and knowledge through roles such as Stage Crew at the Murchison Performing Arts Center, Corporate Media Intern at Mary Kay Inc., and Disc Jockey/Spot Producer at KNTU - 88.1 FM.

Joel Morales obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Radio, Television, and Film from the University of North Texas, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. Additionally, in June 2015, they received a certification in Animation Bootcamp from the School of Motion, Inc.
