Daryl Thies

Daryl Thies has held a variety of positions in the military and professional services industry. From 1991 to 2002, they served in the 2d Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, in roles such as Platoon Sergeant 1st Platoon, Bravo Company, Ranger Private - Squad Leader (A Company), and Battalion Air Operations NCO. Daryl then moved to the 75th Ranger Regiment Headquarters in 2002, where they served as Force Modernization NCO (RS8). In 2004, they moved to the 3d Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, where they served as Bravo Company First Sergeant. In 2006, they moved to the Regimental Special Troops Battalion as Regimental Reconnaissance Company First Sergeant. In 2007, they attended the USASMA as a student. In 2008, they returned to the 2d Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment as Operations Sergeant Major. In 2010, they moved to HHB, I CORPS as Command Sergeant Major. Finally, in 2011, they returned to the 2d Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment as Command Sergeant Major. In 2014, they joined Augustine Consulting, Inc. as President, Vice President & Chief of Staff, Director of Business Development, and Business Development Analyst.

Daryl Thies earned a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Science from Excelsior University in 2009, and an Associate's Degree in Technology from Pierce College at Puyallup in 1998.
