Joseph Rapczynski began their career in 2004 as a Builder for ALJERS. In 2010, they moved to SKS Design as an Installer. In 2012, they joined Augustine Consulting, Inc. as an I.T. Manager and Systems Engineer. joseph later transitioned to a Software Production Test Engineer and then a Product Lead & Systems Engineer.

Joseph Rapczynski obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the American Public University System between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma in Computer Network Security from the Anthem Institute-North Brunswick between 2011 and 2012. Between 2006 and 2008, they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Brookdale Community College.
