Michael Flinn

Michael Flinn has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Michael started their career at Circus Distribution UK as a Retail Operations Manager from October 2001 to November 2003. From there, they worked at Roy Clothing as a Warehouse & Distribution Manager from February 2004 to February 2006. Michael then joined LUSH PRODUCTIONS AUSTRALIA as a Warehouse Manager from February 2006 to January 2007. After that, they became the Operations Manager at Orthotech Orthopaedics Pty from January 2007 to October 2007. Following this, they worked at Temperley London as a Warehouse Manager from December 2007 to June 2009, and later as a Global Logistics Manager from July 2009 to December 2013. In 2014, they joined Marie-Chantal as an Operations Manager until January 2016. Michael then moved on to Flyers Group PLC as a Supply Chain Operations Manager from February 2016 to June 2016. From July 2016 to April 2018, they served as the Head of Operations at Saloni London. Currently, they are with Augustinus Bader and has held the role of Head of Logistics from April 2018 to August 2020, before being promoted to Head of Global Operations in September 2020.

Michael Flinn attended RMIT University from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Biomedical Science. In 2022, they enrolled at APICS to pursue a Certified Supply Chain Professional degree with a specialization in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Additionally, in 2022, Michael obtained certifications in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging; Preventing Harassment in the Workplace; and Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn.
