David Rexford

David Rexford is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in pastry and customer service management. Currently serving as Corporate Account Manager and Pastry Chef at AUI Fine Foods since August 2004, David specializes in managing key corporate accounts, particularly within grocery stores. Previously, David held roles including Director of Customer Service, leading a team during significant IT transitions, and Pastry Chef/Food Consultant with a focus on high-volume market management. Earlier experience includes serving as Pastry Chef at the Metropolitan Club in Washington, D.C., and a lengthy tenure at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where David advanced from Pastry Cook to Executive Pastry Chef over 23 years. David holds an Associate's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Sullivan County Community College.
