Heather Kearney

Heather Kearney, MHRM, sHRBP, HCS, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at AUI Power since April 2019. With extensive experience in human resources, Kearney previously held positions including Corporate Director of Human Resources and Senior Human Resources Manager at Horizon Services, LLC. Additionally, Kearney worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Sobieski Mechanical & Fire Protection, a Human Resources Manager at Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc., and a Human Resources Generalist at Ingleside Homes, Inc. Kearney holds a Master of Science in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management, both from Wilmington University.
