Daniel Greaken

Daniel G. has extensive experience in IT management and technical support across various roles. Currently serving as the Factory IT Manager for Aunt Bessie's at Birds Eye UK & IE since January 2023, Daniel G. is responsible for maintaining local IT hardware and software, managing third-party service providers, overseeing a budget, and implementing IT projects. Prior to this position, Daniel G. worked at eProductivity Software from April 2015 to January 2023, providing technical support for the EPS Escada Software Control Suite, including 24-hour support and troubleshooting software issues.
