Diane Aylsworth has a long and varied work experience. Diane began their career at Owens Corning in 2000 as an Area Sales Manager. In 2005, they joined Nestle USA as a Marketing Associate and later as a Customer Development Manager. From 2010 to 2014, they were the Marketing Director at Sugar Foods Corporation, where they led product development for N’Joy Oatmeal Kits from concept to launch. In 2014, they joined Stumptown Coffee Roasters as Vice President of Cold Brew, where they managed the fast and dynamic, multi-channel growth of Cold Brew. In 2019, they became a Mentor at Built Oregon, and in 2020 they became an Advisor at The Bitter Housewife. Since 2018, they have been the Chief Operating Officer and General Manager at Aunt Fannie's.
Diane Aylsworth completed their MBA at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in 2005, where they studied Business Administration, Management and Operations. Diane had previously obtained their BSBA from Bowling Green State University in 2000, with a major in Marketing.
