Fabrice Bourgeois

Fabrice Bourgeois is an experienced aerospace production leader currently serving as Directeur de production at AURA AERO since May 2023. Previously, Fabrice spent over 24 years at Airbus, holding multiple leadership roles, including Head of Airinlet, Radome, and Aileron Operation, Head of Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance, and Production Manager for the A400M project. Fabrice has a successful track record in team management, process optimization, and supply chain logistics, significantly reducing missing parts for the A380 program. Fabrice holds an MBA from The Open University and an Engineer's degree in mechanics from Arts et Métiers ParisTech.
