Joseph Lyons

Joseph Lyons is Vice President, Human Resources, at Aura where he leads talent acquisition, employee relations, and human resource policies and systems. He joins Aura from Chiasma, a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company, where he led all human resource initiatives, including talent acquisition, new hire onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and executive coaching. He previously held similar human resource leadership roles at several biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, including Karyopharm Therapeutics, Medivector, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, and Sunovion Pharmaceuticals. He received his Master’s in Education from Cambridge College.
