Mindaugas Mikalcius

Mindaugas Mikalcius currently serves as the Renewable Infrastructure Development Manager at Aura Power, leading projects in photovoltaic systems, battery energy storage, and high voltage construction while managing technical design and permit processes. Prior experience includes strategic development management at Vilniaus vandenys, focusing on construction and infrastructure projects related to water pipelines and treatment plants, and serving as Head of Real Estate Development at Vilnius City Municipality, overseeing affordable housing initiatives. Mindaugas also held a position as Head of Strategic Project Planning Division at LITGRID UAB, where project coordination for the European transmission network was essential.
