Jian Shao

Jian Shao serves as the Chief Operating Officer of AURALiC North America Inc., where responsibilities include B2B account management, customer success, and business development. Under Jian's leadership, global sales increased by 100% over five years, with a focus on managing distributor and dealer accounts across Asian, North American, and European markets. Jian also implemented a hybrid sales strategy to reshape the North American market by establishing a direct online sales storefront and consolidating dealer accounts. Prior experience includes a role as Program Manager at CHIPHELL, a social media platform for tech enthusiasts, and as Program Coordinator and Data Scientist at SEMC Environmental Monitoring Center, an organization that monitors environmental quality. Jian holds a Master of Science in Technological Entrepreneurship from D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Resources Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
