Irene Gabashvili is an accomplished researcher and educator with extensive experience in biomedical informatics, health analysis, and teaching. As the founder of Aurametrix, Inc. since 2009, Irene developed a health analysis system that uncovers cause-effect relationships between symptoms and various health-related variables. An adjunct professor at San Jose State University since 2006, Irene has taught courses in bioinformatics and biomedical engineering. Previous roles include principal scientific engineer at Ingenuity Systems, senior research scientist at HP Labs, and visiting scientist at Stanford University, among others. Irene's academic background includes a PhD in Physics and Mathematics from the Academy of Sciences - Institute of Physics, Tbilisi State University, and work in diverse research fields such as genetic epidemiology and environmental microbiology.
