Leo Gelman

Leo Gelman has extensive experience in data engineering and leadership roles. Leo is currently working at Aura as the Lead of Data Engineering. Prior to that, they were the Lead of Data Engineering at AnchorFree, where they led the migration of the data pipeline to AWS and improved scalability and timeliness. Before that, they served as the Head of Data Engineering at SteppeChange, where they built a team and guided the implementation of a Data Management Platform. Leo has also held director roles in data warehousing at RadiumOne Inc. and Red Aril. Leo started their career in technical and managerial roles at Nebuad, Yahoo!, CenterBoard, Datasweep, and Red Brick Systems.
