Babar K. has extensive work experience in technical operations, customer support and success, and technical support roles. Babar started their career at Meezan Bank Limited in 2004 as a Technical Support Engineer and later held positions as Regional Manager (Support) and Assistant Vice President (Support) until 2014. In 2014, they joined Switch Incorporated as a Technical Support Supervisor, where they worked until 2016. In 2017, they joined Exinda Networks as a Senior Technical Team Lead and later that year moved to Aurea Software as a Manager Support and Success. Babar was promoted to Director Customer Support and Success in 2018 and currently holds the position of Vice President of Technical Operations at Aurea Software since April 2022.
Babar K. completed their MSc. degree in Computer Science from the University of Peshawar in 2004. Babar also participated in a training program at Corvit Institute in the same year, earning an MCSE (2000 & 2003) certification. Additionally, they completed a CCNA Training Program at Corvit Institute in 2004.
