Nelson Ogungbure

Nelson Ogungbure is an experienced account manager and technical consultant, currently working at CopperTree since May 2023, where responsibilities include supporting business operations and cloud application management. Prior to this, Nelson has been with Aurea Software since February 2021, focusing on customer onboarding and cloud enterprise solutions for process automation. Previous roles include technical support at Trilogy, where customer satisfaction was prioritized, and as an ICT Infrastructure Officer at PE Energy Ltd, ensuring minimal IT downtime. Nelson gained initial experience as a communications intern at the Harvard Business School Association of Nigeria and as a network support engineer intern at TAYLOR Communications Solutions Limited. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Lagos and a certificate in IT from the Chartered Institute for IT.
