Ir. Chu Ys

Ir. Chu YS is a Senior Structural Engineer at Aurecon since June 2023, leading the design of structural and foundation systems for data center projects, including complex foundations and multi-story structures in compliance with Eurocode standards. Prior to Aurecon, Chu served as a Senior Structural Engineer at Perunding KL Lau from March 2018 to June 2023, contributing to notable projects such as the Bukit Bintang City Centre and UOB Tower 2, while specializing in structural analysis using advanced engineering software. Chu's career began as a C&S Design Engineer at TYL Perunding from November 2013 to March 2018, focusing on reinforced concrete design for residential and commercial projects. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham Malaysia and GCE A-Level and O-Level certifications from Sunway University and The British International School, Jakarta, respectively.
