Karolína Topolová

Karolína Topolová has been with AURES Holdings since 1998, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board, leading an international network of AAA AUTO and Mototechna car centers that sells approximately 80,000 cars annually across four countries. Prior to their current role, Karolína held positions including Deputy CEO and Chief Operations Officer, where responsibilities encompassed management of sales, financial and insurance services, call centers, human resources, IT, and external communications. Additionally, Karolína established a Call Center that became one of the largest in the Czech Republic and oversaw HR divisions across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Romania. Outside of AURES Holdings, Karolína is an Executive Member of the Management Board at the Children's Transport Foundation, dedicated to supporting orphaned children and those affected by traffic accidents. Earlier professional experience includes a position as Pragramer Manager at Hilton Prague Hotel from 1996 to 1998.
