Sandeep J has a diverse work experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. Sandeep started their career as a Technical Recruiter at Fusion IT Inc in 2012, where they were responsible for recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates for IT clients. Sandeep then worked as a Senior Researcher at TEKWISSEN ® from November 2013 to March 2016, providing talent acquisition services in various fields. Sandeep joined Aureus Tech Systems in April 2016 as a Recruitment Lead, where they focused on quality customer service and project goals. Later, they transitioned to the role of Global Mobility Specialist at Aureus Tech Systems, where they developed strong knowledge in immigration and international travel processes.
