Cecilia Matthews

Cecilia Matthews has extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and human resources. Cecilia currently holds the position of Vice President, Talent & Organizational Development at Aurinia Pharmaceuticals Inc. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Talent Management at Emergent BioSolutions and as a Senior Vice President, Development Consultant at Citizens Bank. Cecilia also served in various roles at MedImmune, including Director of Human Resources and Global Human Resources Business Partner. Before joining MedImmune, they co-founded the consulting firm Innov8 HR LLC, where they worked with clients such as The Coca-Cola Company and MasterCard Worldwide. Cecilia started their career at JPMorgan Chase, where they held several leadership positions over an 18-year period and was involved in offshoring and start-up initiatives.

Cecilia Matthews holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resource Management from The New School. Cecilia also possesses a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from Villanova University.
