Christy Faull

Christy Faull has worked in the accounting field since 2000. Christy began their career as a Staff Accountant at Immunex in 2000. In 2003, they moved to the role of Controller at Benaroya Research Institute at Virginia Mason. In 2006, they took on the role of Accounting Manager at IKARIA, Inc. - now a part of Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. From 2007 to 2012, they worked as both a Senior Accounting Manager and an Accounting Manager at Trubion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. In 2012, they moved to Integrated Diagnostics where they held the role of Assistant Controller until 2014 when they were promoted to Controller. In 2016, they became a Consultant at Two Degrees. Since 2017, they have been the Controller at Alpine Immune Sciences, Inc. and will soon be taking on the same role at Aurion Biotech in 2022.

Christy Faull holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Western Washington University.
