Emma Spencer

Emma Spencer is an accomplished professional in the fields of learning and development, instructional design, and eLearning. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Aurion People & Payroll Solutions since October 2021, Emma has previously held significant roles such as Senior Instructional Designer at the Department of Transport and Main Roads, and Unit Coordinator & eLearning Advisor for UX Design at Swinburne University of Technology. Additional experience includes positions as an eLearning Designer at The University of Queensland and Co-Founder of YES - that's easy!, where Emma developed an innovative mLearning tool for spoken English. Emma's career began at DVP Media, followed by freelance work with various international clients. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Creative Writing from Macquarie University, a Bachelor of Arts in Film & Television from QUT, and a Bachelor of Visual Arts in Film & Television from Griffith University.
