Eric Smith

Eric Smith is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the technology sector. Currently with Aurizn since July 2023 and previously at Consilium Technology and Capgemini, where Eric led a team of digital consultants providing mentorship and drafting key project documents. Eric's career also includes significant contributions at Empired Ltd as a Practice Lead and a successful tenure at Alexander Forbes as a Solutions Architect, where Eric oversaw major initiatives including DevOps and legacy system integration. Prior to this, Eric held key positions at SevenC Computing, Score Supermarkets, Discovery Health, Dimension Data, and The Internet Solution, encompassing a broad range of technical and operational responsibilities. Eric holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand.
