Lisa Simmons

Lisa Simmons has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Orb Lounge Bartender at Hyatt Regency Greenville since June 2019. In addition, Lisa holds the position of Coordinator/Marketing at HooArte and has been the Owner of Aperez LLC since March 2012. Previous roles include working in various capacities at Auro Hotels, including hospitality food and beverage sales, bartender, server, room service, and concierge attendant, as well as leading catering and events at CHEF360 Catering from November 2017 to December 2018. Earlier experience includes bartending and serving at On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina and Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar, as well as a pantry chef position at Eddie's Catering. Lisa's educational background includes an Associate of Science degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from Metropolitan College-Penn Valley and additional studies at Greenville Technical College.
