Paula Redón Santiago

Paula Redón Santiago has been working in the recruitment industry since 2021 as a Recruitment Technician on the Recruitment, Training and Quality for Grupo Auro. Prior to this, they worked as a Nursery Worker at Bright Horizons UK from 2015-2021, providing care and support to the children and their families ensuring health, safety and wellbeing every day. Paula also carried out reports and meetings about children's development and dealt with and supported behavioural problems. From 2014-2015, they held internships at Hospital Mútua de Terrassa and Institut de Diagnòstic I Atenció Psicològica i Psiquiàtrica (IDAPP), helping mental health professionals to diagnose different children's disease, interviewing parents/ children and carrying out several psychological tests, and providing family support and therapy. In 2013, they held an internship at Barcelona Children's Hospital Sant Joan de Déu, where they also helped mental health professionals to diagnose different children's disease, interviewed parents/ children and carried out several psychological tests, and provided family support and therapy.

Paula Redón Santiago obtained a Licentiate degree in Psychology from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in 2012, followed by a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the same university in 2015. In 2018, they completed a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
