Mattias Svensson

Mattias Svensson is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in complete engine system studies and design. Currently serving as Principal Design Engineer at Aurobay since August 2021, Mattias previously held positions such as Senior Design Engineer and Engineer at Volvo Car Group, where responsibilities included advanced engine design and the development of exterior components. Prior to this, Mattias worked at InContext AB as an Application Engineer and consultant, focusing on Catia V5 template engineering and conceptual vehicle design. Additional experience includes roles at Teknik Partner AB and ÅF AB, highlighting expertise in CAD design, teaching, and plant technology. Mattias has a background in geometry, concept development, and ergonomics, contributing to a robust engineering skill set. Education was completed at Studium Lindholmen Gothenburg between 2004 and 2005.
