Michael Fleiss

Michael Fleiss currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Aurobay (Powertrain Engineering Sweden AB) since July 2021. Prior to this role, Michael held several key positions at Volvo Cars, including Managing Director of Combustion Powertrain Operations, Vice President of Vehicle Hardware, and Vice President of Powertrain. Michael's earlier experience includes a role as Director of Engine Engineering at Bentley Motors Ltd and various engineering and management positions at Volkswagen AG. Michael holds a Dipl. Ing. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Luebeck, obtained between 1993 and 1997.
