Matt Redler

Matt Redler is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with a diverse background in founding and managing innovative companies. Currently, as the Founder of Aurora, Matt leads an outbound automation team poised to generate over $600M in pipeline in 2024. Concurrently, as the Founder and CEO of Za-zu, Matt oversees a platform designed to optimize cold email outreach for increased leads and revenue. Previous ventures include serving as Co-founder and CEO of Panther, which simplified the hiring and payment of international contractors, and Chefit, a marketplace for affordable in-home personal chefs. Additionally, Matt established Redler Ventures for incubation and investment purposes. An experienced coach with a background in speech and debate, Matt also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business.
