Isaac Gellis is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience spanning various prestigious establishments. Currently serving as the Assistant Culinary Director at Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club since April 2021, Isaac also operates Boss Babka, a charitable initiative that donates profits to Black Lives Matter through the sale of Babkas. As a proprietor of Isaac Gellis Provisions since January 2014, Isaac has developed a unique brand in the culinary space. Past roles include Consultant at Griffin Restaurant, Chef in Culinary Development at Sydell Group, and Executive Chef at both Zobler's Delicatessen and 550 Shoppe.
