Isaac Gellis

Isaac Gellis is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience spanning various prestigious establishments. Currently serving as the Assistant Culinary Director at Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club since April 2021, Isaac also operates Boss Babka, a charitable initiative that donates profits to Black Lives Matter through the sale of Babkas. As a proprietor of Isaac Gellis Provisions since January 2014, Isaac has developed a unique brand in the culinary space. Past roles include Consultant at Griffin Restaurant, Chef in Culinary Development at Sydell Group, and Executive Chef at both Zobler's Delicatessen and 550 Shoppe. Isaac's culinary expertise is supported by an Associate's Degree from The Culinary Institute of America and ongoing certifications in safety and wine education.
