Anh Yan

Anh Yan has extensive experience in the field of quality operations and management. Anh currently holds the position of Director of Quality Operations at Aurora Cannabis Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Weston Foods, where they held various senior managerial roles focused on quality design, manufacturing, and systems management. Before joining Weston Foods, Anh Yan served as a Quality Manager at Mondelēz International and Cosmetica Laboratories Inc. Anh also gained experience as a QC Supervisor at Southern Fine Foods - Pinty's Delicious Foods and as a QA Manager at Vantage Foods Inc. In addition, Anh Yan has held roles in microbiology and analysis at various organizations, including Norwest Soil Research Ltd, Manitoba Technology Centre Ltd., and Roastwell International Gourmet Foods Ltd. Anh began their career as a QC Microbiologist at Maple Leaf Foods Inc. Anh Yan's work experience spans over two decades, showcasing their expertise in quality operations and management throughout their career.

Anh Yan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from the University of Manitoba, completing their studies from 1992 to 1996.
